Korean Sales Manager

Job description
- Build, organize and operate the company's sales business.
- Build a strategic customer system, secure prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers. 
- Complete and exceed the goals by specifying and managing the work of sales people. 
- Improve the skills of employees and actively promote the image and reputation of the company in the market. 
- Cooperate with the Logistics department (Customs declaration) and Operation department (International documentation) to smoothly process customer orders. The fastest and most economical way to deal with problems. 
- Advise company leaders on business strategy, company market development and sales staff development strategies. 
- Performs the duties assigned by the president.
- Salary: Negotiation (attractive); 
- Annual and quarterly prizes (1-3 months wages) according to business results of sales departments already established in accordance with company regulations.
- Provide compulsory social insurance and prizes in accordance with the company's regulations.

- Over 3 years of sales manager experience in Logistics
- Analytical ability, Plan and report.
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good conversational English
- The difficulty of working problems should be with flexible processing ability.
- Proficient in office computer and some computer applications for work.
